Some time ago, Kim Kuk Hyang, who lives in the neighbourhood unit 58, Janggyong-Dong 1, Sosong District, Pyongyang, was faced with an unexpected difficulty.
When she returned home from work she found the roof was destroyed in the stormy rain.
Things looked black. She was only weeping unceasingly, when the head of the neighbourhood unit came, followed by many others.
Among them were the Party officials, security men and neighbours and even the top official of the district Party committee to console her. “Kuk Hyang, stop crying. Let us pull down this old house and renew it in good shape.”
From the day, all of them even including the top district Party official threw themselves into building her house as they did their own work.
Sometime later, a neat and tidy new house was built for the woman Kuk Hyang through the considerate care of the officials and neighbours.
