At that time there was a rotating door in front of the entrance.
He said the designers should pay primary attention to the serve-the-people spirit in designing a building and draw up plans for all elements of the constructing building to meet the demands of the people in life and afford every facility for them.
He pointed out that the construction of fish and meat shop in Yongung Street was not designed to build a peculiar building in a bid to change the appearance of the Pyongyang, but to provide the people with highly civilized and happy living conditions, the design of the gateway should be changed on the principle of building all elements for the convenience of the guests so that shop may serve the people in the true sense of the word.
After all, the construction design of the Mansugyo Fish and Meat Shop was changed.
