Active Support to the RC branches’ activities
The Red Cross Society of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK RCS) is conducting several activities to save the lives of the people from various diseases and disasters and to protect the eco-environment.
The headquarters staff of the DPRK RCS reviewed, on the spot, the working plans drafted by the RC branches for year 2025 and gave technical support to solve the problems to be encountered during the implementation of the plans.
In particular, they made sure that the branches continue to give priorities to the institutional capacity building of the society this year and actively engage RC volunteers and RC youth members in various activities organized by the state including disaster prevention, public health, eco-environmental protection, in close cooperation with the relevant local government authorities.
