To Observe Voluntarily
The Red Cross (RC) voluntary service activities are conducted actively throughout the country to contribute to accelerating the construction of a civilized socialist power.
In close cooperation with local public security organs, the RC branches of counties including Hongwon and Kumya counties of South Hamgyong province conducted promotion activities to encourage local residents to observe the public morality and order voluntarily.
The promotion activities were specifically focused on educating the children to have a clear understanding of and to get into the habit of keeping the road safety rules and regulations like traffic control, traffic signals and the rules to be observed by both passengers and vehicles on driveways and crossings.
