For the Capacity Building of the National Society
The Red Cross Society of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK RCS) has organized technical trainings in various fields like disaster management, first aid, environmental protection, hygiene promotion, etc. with the view that the improvement of the RC volunteers’ ability directly leads to enhanced capacity of the national society.
To improve the quality of the trainings, the DPRK RCS prepared the trainings thoroughly in advance in close cooperation with the relevant government stakeholders and invited experts to facilitate the trainings.
The trained volunteers will deliver the relevant services to all people who are in need of help including health and hygiene promotion, disinfection and environmental protection, disaster response knowledge dissemination, etc.
